From photo to finished keepsake.

1. Upload a few photos. Front, side, and a close-up work best. The 3-minute photo guide shows you exactly what we need.

2. We build your 3D model. Our artists turn those photos into a digital sculpture of your pet.

3. You approve the preview. We email you the 3D preview. Request changes — the first revision is free. We don't start production until you say go.

4. We sculpt, paint & ship. Hand-finished resin, quality-checked, packed to survive the trip. Ships in 2–4 weeks.

How many photos do I need?

Three to eight clear photos work best — front, both sides, and one close-up of any special marking. There's a short guide right on the upload page.

How long does it take?

Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks of the day you approve your preview. You'll get a 3D preview first, so nothing is built on a guess.

What if it doesn't look like my pet?

You approve the 3D preview before production, and your first revision is free. If the finished piece still isn't right, we'll remake it from the same model at no cost.

My pet has passed away. Can you still help?

Yes — and we're honoured to. Old photos are absolutely fine, even ones from years ago. If you're unsure about the quality, upload what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable.

Where do you ship from, and how much is shipping?

Every piece is made to order and shipped from the USA. Shipping is calculated at checkout — US orders over $79 ship free.
