Before you upload
One photo, four things to get right
Almost every preview we have to redo comes down to one of these.
- Facing the camera. Looking straight at you, not away or down.
- Head to tail in frame. Stand back and fill the frame with your pet.
- Daylight, no filters. Near a window or outdoors. Turn the flash off.
- One pet per preview. Leave other animals and people out of the shot.

Questions
Before you ask
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You pay nothing to see your preview, and there is no obligation to order afterwards. We would rather you saw the sculpt first than bought something you were not sure about.
How long does it take?
Usually within 24 hours of getting your photo, and always within two business days. We send it to the email address you give us, so check your spam folder if you do not see it.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what is wrong and we will change it — pose, coat, markings, colour. That is the whole point of showing you first. We only start production once you are happy.
Which photo works best?
One clear, front-facing, full-body photo taken in daylight. Your phone camera is fine — just keep the flash off and let your pet fill the frame. If your photo will not work, we will tell you rather than guess.
Do I need an account?
No. We only need your pet's name and your email address so we can send the preview back.
What happens to my photo?
It is used to build your preview and, if you order, your model. It is not shared, sold or used for advertising. Ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@furbab.com.
