How It Works
Six steps from a photo on your phone to a figurine on your shelf. Most orders take 2–4 weeks from the day you approve your preview.
Step 1 — Choose your product and size
Pick a keychain, a figurine, or a memorial piece, then choose your size. Larger sizes hold more detail. Not sure where to start? Most customers choose the 15 cm figurine.
Step 2 — Upload your photos. A real person checks every one.
Send 6–8 photos of your pet from different angles. Not sure what we need? The 3-minute photo guide shows you exactly where to stand, what to include, and what to avoid. We then review every upload by hand, usually within one business day. If a photo won't work — too blurry, wrong angle, harsh flash — we tell you exactly what to reshoot before any production work begins. That review is free, and it protects you.
Step 3 — We build your pet's 3D model
Our artists turn your photos into a 3D model of your pet: coat colour, markings, ear shape, body proportions, and the pose you asked for. This is the slow, careful part.
Step 4 — You review the preview. Nothing starts until you say go.
We do not start production until you approve your preview. You'll receive renders of your model from several angles. One round of revisions is free — tell us what's off and we'll fix it. You have 72 hours to respond, and if you need longer, just tell us.
Step 5 — Printing and hand-finishing
Your piece is printed in full-colour resin and finished by hand. Every figurine is inspected and photographed before it is packed.
Step 6 — Packed, protected, and shipped with tracking
We pack in foam protection designed for resin pieces and email you tracking as soon as it ships. Damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 7 days and we will remake it from your saved model, free of charge.
