How many photos do I need?

Six to eight, from different angles: front, both 45° sides, a full side profile, one from above, and a close-up of any marking that makes your pet unmistakable. How long does it take?

Most orders are delivered 2–4 weeks after you approve your preview. Previews are usually sent within 2–3 business days of receiving usable photos. The single biggest cause of delay is photos that need to be reshot, which is why we review them before you pay for production.

What if it doesn't look like my pet?

That is exactly what the preview stage is for. You see renders of your model before anything is printed, and one round of revisions is free. If you approve the preview and the finished piece still isn't right, contact us — we will make it right.

My pet has passed away. Can you still make one?

Yes. Many of the pieces we make are memorials, and it is some of the most meaningful work we do. Send whatever photographs you have — even older prints can often be photographed or scanned. Tell us in the order notes so we can give it the extra time it deserves.

Can I use a photo taken on my phone?

Absolutely. Most orders start with phone photos. What matters is light and angle, not the camera: shoot in natural daylight, avoid flash, and don't crop or compress the images before uploading.

What is it made of?

Full-colour resin, printed and then hand-finished. It has the weight and matte surface of a display piece rather than a toy, and it is not designed to be chewed or handled by pets.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes — we ship to a wide range of countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Larger figurines are packed in larger protective boxes, which is reflected in the rate. Any free-shipping threshold is shown at checkout.

Can I order without photos today?

Yes. Place your order and upload photos whenever you're ready. Your spot in the production queue is held, and the clock on delivery starts when you approve your preview.

Can I order more than one, or a different size later?

Yes, and it costs far less the second time. We already have your pet's 3D model on file, so a keychain, an extra figurine, or a different size does not require any new modelling work.

Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
